Well, it’s official! I have entered the triple digits on my bench press. Today I bench pressed 100 lbs. for 4 reps, then did another set of 3 reps. So now I’m wondering how much I could bench for 1 or 2 reps…? This has been a goal of mine for a while now and because I switched to lower rep training I’ve finally been able to attain it. Yippee!
Something tells me I would have been here a lot earlier if I had a friggin’ spotter though. But sometimes you just have to grow a pair and take the risk!
